I Sea 10! is a card game built on a single maths skill: finding combinations that make ten. Players flip cards from a face-down layout and race to spot two or more that add to ten, calling it and explaining the combination to claim the cards. Because the layout stays face up until collected, everyone is scanning the same cards at once, which is what makes it fast and what makes it work as practice. Number bonds to ten are the foundation of mental arithmetic, and this drills them without a single worksheet. The ten shark cards are the twist that keeps it a game rather than an exercise, since flipping one costs you the entire pile you have collected and resets the leader. It plays with 2 to 4 players and suits the whole family, not just the child being taught. Includes 90 number cards, 10 shark cards and instructions. Suits ages six and up.
